Services & Appointments
All tattoo services are provided strictly by appointment unless otherwise stated. Appointments are confirmed only after approval by the studio and may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your booking and artist’s time.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including artist unavailability, emergencies, or safety concerns. Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or appointment cancellation.
Age Requirement
The Life Tattoo strictly adheres to age restrictions in accordance with applicable laws. Tattoo services are not provided to minors under any circumstances. Valid government issued identification may be required before service. Failure to provide valid proof of age will result in refusal of service.
Client Responsibility & Consent
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health, medical conditions, allergies, and skin sensitivities. By proceeding with a tattoo, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to receive the service.
Clients must carefully review and approve the final design, placement, and size before the tattoo session begins. Once the tattoo process starts, changes may not be possible. The Life Tattoo is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from approved designs.
Artistic Discretion
Tattooing is a form of artistic expression. While client ideas and references are considered, The Life Tattoo reserves the right to apply artistic judgment to ensure quality, safety, and long-term durability of the tattoo. Minor adjustments may be made to designs to suit skin type, placement, or artistic standards.
All custom designs created by The Life Tattoo remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are discussed and agreed upon prior to the tattoo session. Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on design complexity, size, placement, and session duration.
We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Aftercare & Healing
Clients are provided with aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions carefully. The Life Tattoo is not liable for complications, infections, fading, or damage caused by improper aftercare, exposure, or negligence.
Touch-ups, if offered, are subject to studio policy and artist availability.
Hygiene & Safety
The Life Tattoo maintains strict hygiene and sterilization standards. Clients must follow studio safety rules and behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Any form of misconduct, intoxication, or abusive behavior will result in immediate refusal of service without refund.
Website Use
All content on the The Life Tattoo website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of the studio and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.
Users must not misuse the website or attempt to compromise its security.
Limitation of Liability
